Tailored Enhancements for Your Home
Current Services:
- Additional Plant Watering: Up to five additional plants, must provide instructions.
$15 per visit
- Additional Plant Watering: Up to ten additional plants, must provide instructions.
$25 per visit
- Vehicle Check: A check for any visible signs of damage, intrusion, oil leaks, run vehicle for ten minutes (if keys provided), check for any flat tires, provide up to ten photos of interior & exterior combined
$45 per visit
- Additional Outbuilding Check: If you have an accessory dwelling unit, pool house, separate garage, barn, etc., we can use our standard checklist to check your additional buildings.
Billed Hourly
- Video Service: Would you like a video of our walk-through? We can create a YouTube Link video of our entire walk-through with highlights of key recommendations, etc.
$49 per visit
- Warranty Repair: We can meet vendors / contractors to allow access or show them what needs to be completed.

- Contractor Meet-up: Do you have contractors coming while you’re away? We can meet them to allow access, show them areas they need to work on and assure the property is locked up safely and securely when they leave.

- Mail Service: We will collect any mail you have and sort it into junk & advertisements and essential items. If desired, we can mail any items you have accrued to an address of your choice.
$25 + Postage Cost
- Key Holder Service: If you don't need a current and active Home Watch Services but want someone to hold onto a key while you are away in case of an emergency? We've got you covered!
$25 per month + Billed Hourly if Property Visit is Needed
